Current release boundary

Kurate’s foundation preview contains a small original demonstration catalogue. Guest queue, theme, onboarding, playback position, and saved-track choices are stored only on the device in ordinary browser or application storage. Kurate does not use advertising trackers or product analytics in this release.

EpicEncore account data

When verified account integration is released, the master EpicEncore account will own identity, contact methods, sign-in providers, 2FA, recovery, passkeys, sessions, and product membership. Kurate will reference the stable master-account identifier and store only product data needed for saved libraries, playlists, preferences, and listening continuity.

Account settings, correction, security controls, product removal, and verified deletion requests are handled at account.epicencore.io.

Feedback and diagnostics

Written feedback sent by email is received by EpicEncore support. Kurate does not attach logs, screenshots, entered content, precise location, credentials, or device identifiers automatically. Essential production diagnostics may later include only release, environment, broad device class, operating-system/app version, correlation identifier, redacted error, and content-free action fields after the documented controls are verified.

Retention and deletion

Ordinary deleted library and playlist content has a private seven-day recovery period before automatic purge. Explicit permanent deletion and verified account deletion remove live personal product data immediately, subject to documented security or legal records. Deleted personal data ages out of backups within 30 days.

Providers and overseas processing

Kurate is designed to use EpicEncore’s shared Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Microsoft 365, and Kudosity services where applicable. Actual production regions, subprocessors, and transfers must be verified and recorded before public launch; this preview does not claim Australian-only storage.

Children and AI training

Kurate is intended for people aged 16 or older. Customer data is not used to train or improve EpicEncore or third-party AI models.
